2024 News – Oatland, Tasmania

I have been offered a Residency at Oatlands, Tasmania in July this year. South Midlands Shire Council provides a month’s residency in this historic town in the Artist in Residence space. Throughout the month, I shall be working on an art piece that explores the history of women working on flax farms and in the mill in and around Oatlands in the 1940s and 50s.

The residency will also offer and open studio and a workshop.
